Amy and Metal Sonic are in the mid credits for this, which I assume means they’re pillaging Sonic CD for movie four, just with Shadow in the background.

I suppose they could do the Omega storyline from Adventure 1, introduce Chaos, too. Using Generations to make Sanic: No Way Home with like hand drawn Jaleel White Sanic sounds like something I’d like more than the actual No Way Home.

Minor disagreements aside, a slight leaning on the hedgehog autism with some tweaking and rewriting seems to be the winning formula. Lots of autism in the Sanic canon that was always going to have to be reined in.
