Homeboy overcorrected, but it is easy to argue that Neely should have been restrained. You don’t know what a guy who’s melting down like that is going to do.

Also what helped is the cops on the stand admitting to refusing to do mouth to mouth resuscitation because they were afraid of getting diseases from the negro meaning that Neely was alive when Perry let go.

Lot of these people don't want help. They want to be violent in public and they want to abuse drugs. I know from what I have seen firsthand.

I live in an inner city area and I see mentally ill homeless people nearly everyday. Ideally, these people would get treatment, but it doesn't always work out that way, largely due to their own resistance. It's a tragedy. It's a problem and I don't know what the solution is.

The leftist mentality does have a "solution" though and it's the same one that they have for everything, which is that it's a social justice problem. Racism put Jordan Neely on the streets, racism prevented him from getting help, and racism killed him. It's that simple to them.
