The good news in the case of Daniel Penny, who wrestled drug-adled black thug Jordan Neely to the ground in a New York City subway after Neely was threatening everyone around him only to have Neely die shortly after, is that the manslaughter charge has been dismissed by the court after the jury couldn't decide. Still hanging over his head though is a negligent homicide charge that the jury are still figuring out.

Bottom line:
Don't go to New York City.

Anytime someone who votes for leftist policies complains that about the lack of good samaritans who help out a person who's being mugged, attacked, or threatened, remind them of the case of Daniel Penny.

YES. I would think well of any man who stopped some crazy asshole of any race who was threatening strangers on public transit. So many social problems are just people assuming the worst of everyone.
