Reason is, I have a cousin who got himself a gastric sleeve surgery, and I was told that it's literally impossible for him to even try to attempt to eat like he did before, because the remainder of the stomach is immediately full.

Yeah, initially. It's also quickly empty again. The failure rate is a whopping 75%, so most of them just stretch their stomach out bit by bit until they have effectively defeated the surgery.

Not the easiest feat, as they should feel sick with every attempt and especially struggle with greasy food. But they'll get there. You don't get to 400 pounds without being used to overeating to the point of feeling like you'll throw up.

Honestly, if you go through all the expense, pain, and risk of having an internal surgery just the fuck it up because you want more milkshakes and pizza then you should just neck yourself.
