Her pretending to only eat healthy shit now also gets undermined by her parading around a giant-ass plate full of snack bars(regular-sized ones, not those tiny party ones). But don't worry, they're only for the "guests" they never have.

She probably ported over one of her weird flexes from her grocery haul videos. She likes doing those during her health arcs, and she always excuses unhealthy shit as "This is for [person I'm currently sharing the apartment with]".
Of course the reality is that this is her binge food.

EDIT: I'm certainly curious how long her new string of "positive" videos will last. All she does is waddle around parks (during times when almost no one is there 'cause she hates being seen by people) or do aimless streams where she just talks to her chat (since otherwise she wouldn't have any content).
Even if she were to have fun doing this content (which she doesn't) it'll never last. She always reverts back to her primal instincts, especially if things aren't going her way (which they never do).

She has also once again returned to pretending that her health issues don't exist. I guess she wants to keep her untreated beetus and multiple organ issues - not to mention the impending blindness on at least one eye - for when she needs a good excuse to return back to Canada again.
