A couple things make me think he could really be sick.

1) He didn't talk about being sick very much in his early internet career. Probably ashamed of it.
2) He was always online, which hints at not having a job or otherwise anything happening.
3) He was able to do those super long streams where he read superberries, which suggests his online income was important to him.
4) He's been very low-key in talking about being sick. Usually only mentioned it on twatter and not in videos. I don't think he ever made a crying video on youtube, "HELP ME I AM SICK!!! PAYPAL IN DESCRIPTION!!!" He didn't do that even when youtube took away the superberries. My guess is Jade supports him now or he's on disability or both.

Now, how bad is he sick? On a scale of 1 to Auli? Good question. He could be a Rachel-esque malingerer. But smoking is fucking stupid, so maybe he did give himself something he can't get rid of. Like guest said, we'll never know until there's an endpoint.

This. Two family members that used to stay at my house smoked cigarette packs for decades. They were in their 60s iirc and aside from the usual smell of ashes, clammy skin and rough cough, I think maybe one out of the two had anything wrong with their lungs or any other major health problems and they've smoked for about the same amount of time.

People used to smoke a lot more in here, much less nowadays. Sure, it takes decades for people to get lung cancer but if you're really fucking unlucky, you might get it after 10-20 years. I think he mentioned having some chronic disease in his streams, while he was boozing and smoking, of course depending on what he has, smoking and boozing might be harmless, but with some it just aggravates it. Unless he really became Spoony mark 2, I think he actually might be sick, he was getting a lot of dough from superberries, and I doubt he'd give that up.

The thing I always assume fucked him more, with the cancer was accidental, is him proudly sipping on Bacardis or whatever the shit the stronger version is, since he was laughing about drinking "true painthinners" which is fucking retarded. Never understood why any motherfucker would drink these things instead of a nice beer / ale or some cool whiskey.
