Then why were the restaurants fucking packed as soon as they were opened? Twatter leftists aren't representative of normalfags - and even they are just virtue signalling and fill the beaches, clubs, restaurants, planes and the cinema as soon as they are open.

Beaches are outside, restaurants can be outside, the kinds of people who go to clubs aren't usually concerned about catching strange diseases and the same more-or-less goes for people who go to Ibiza on holiday. Do you have any evidence that they're flooding the cinemas? What is there even to watch?

Just finished Monster Hunter. Wasn't awful, but I saw it for free. It's an oddly paced movie. Milla Jovovich is an Army Ranger captain (just go with it) whose unit gets zapped into an alternate dimension where they get attacked by a giant monster which immediately kills everyone but her. The runtime without credits is 1:30 and over an hour is spent in the desert with her and Tony Jaa fighting one monster. Then she meets Ron Pearlman and his multi-ethnic crew and they go to some tower to stop some bad guys who are using the monsters to destroy shit for reasons. You never see the bad guys, then Milla gets knocked back into her own world where the army finds her then gets destroyed by a giant dragon. This is probably the best part of the movie. Milla kills monster, then Tony Jaa and Ron Perlman show up and are like "Let's finish this!"

Milla is aging nicely. (There's no wall for Ukrainian girls apparently.) She's also believable in the action scenes and seems to be doing most of her stunts. She has a decent fight with Jaa early on that's nice and violent, but the monster stuff is pretty lame. It reminds me of the Keanu Reeves 47 Ronin movie where all the fights between people are fun and entertaining then it just devolves into actors swinging swords at CG monsters for 50 minutes.

5/10 because I didn't pay for it. No titties, obviously.

The soundtrack's kind of cool.

Fucking knew this would end with the monsters showing up in the real world. That's literally the only reason you would turn this into an isekai.
And you say the eeevil monsters are controlled by human bad guys? Can't wait for a shade-wearing Not-Wesker to be a smug bastard in the sequel
I'm also wondering if those bad guys belong to a shady company from the real world that has already known about this MonHun world for years and have somehow manipulated every action that Jovovich's character has ever done since...

And wikipedia tells me that Gore Magala shows up at the end. Aren't they getting a bit ahead of themselves?
