So I just got done watching Jesus, Bro and one thing that struck was how believable Dave and Allison were as a couple. Not their characters, but the two of them look like a natural fit, more than Dave and Sarah. Except that Dave is nearly a decade older than Allison but if you told me they met because they were in the same class in highschool, I'd believe it.

The rule of thumb is: half your age + 7. And that number is the minimum age at which you can date. If Lupa falls into that cateogory, who's to say they should look weird together?

Gossipy neighbours style. When they're saying the dialogue, it doesn't work but when they're not saying a word, just being together and doing cute couple shit, it actually seems kind of natural. Could be just because I was watching a movie where everyone had little chemistry but they did sell it all right. Guess we were wrong about her banging Brad, it was actually Dave this whole time.

As for the age thing, apparently Brad and Dave are the same age, so he'd be roughly 36. Half that plus seven is 25. Lupa says she's 27 so she makes the mark. But my comment was how they look like they're the same age.
