Is anyone looking forward to Mister Metokur's upcoming Channel Awesome series? Sounds like he's going after Linkara mostly. Probably the same old shit, but I'm looking forward to it anyway.

Didn't know it was a whole series, but I know a channel awesome video is coming up very soon. Which means we will probably get a shit ton of traffic coming our way.

I'm looking forward to how they respond, they wilfully ignore us and but lurk like mad but someone like him is way too popular to shrug off and ignore. If he does go after Linkara, I hope Ben and Neil talk to him about what they dealt with when working with him on Crossoverlord. I want that shit to be made extremely public, when I found out about that while editing the third video I legit hated him as a person. Before that I thought he was an uptight, high and mighty sperg (which he is) but I found out he is a piece of shit too who fucked over people who helped him and didn't give them the plug they needed once he got famous when they did it for him.

That cunt needs to answer for that shit. Especially when he fucking lied and said he was still in college so he was too busy when in reality he was starting out with TGWTG.

Think about it: Doge makes fun of "The Room" and brings word of mouth to the hipster crowd about it; Wisseau is pissed but has to take it (despite taking legal action); now Jim will make a 3 parter on the autism that is NC and co; the ironic hipsters and shitposters flood his kahntent

The Room was already a cult phenomenon when Doge finally did the episode on. I say finally because he was bugged about it for quite a while before he did.
But that effect wouldn't happen anyway. TGWTG doesn't exist anymore and the current CA cast is mostly extremely boring.

The problem with The Room is that there's a large difference between a cult following and a bunch of ironic hipsters latching onto your [thing].

Doge doesn't attract people who genuinely enjoy the stuff he reviews. He attracts contrarians who just want to crap all over things others enjoy and use his videos as proof that they're correct. Dude even made a whole series of videos specifically meant to be used in place of posting on the internet to say stuff like, "you're wrong," and, "you're stupid." That should tell any casual viewer of their channel anything they need to know about the place but somehow people still take him seriously.

That was his attempt at making another 5 Second Movies and it didn't catch on. He still hates youtube for flagging his old stuff and probably thinks he was denied millions.
