Maybe it is different for the Europeople but the only socially-acceptable reason for a 30 year old to have a birthday cake is if his kids insist on getting one for him. And Film Bald doesn't reproduce.

Nah, same here. That's not to say that one's mom couldn't decide to bake a normal cake or something but those actual birthday cakes are usually for children or really old people that might as well be children.
