Spoony fans are in extreme denial. Cuckson's Tekken gift is the best example. At his peak Cuckson was almost as bad as Rachel. He's still pretty bad (willing to moderate a Spoony camwhore session at 2AM on no notice) but he's found enough futa twitch rooms to fill a lot of his time now.
I'm sure Rachel has rationalized something in her head for why he doesn't follow her on Twitter. She won't go away unless she finds a new object of desire though.
