It’s the problem with these fuckers, he probably stays inside all day doing nothing and eats increasingly bigger meals now that his stomach is back to its regular size.

Which is the fundamental problem here, that if he wanted to lose a significant amount of weight, he could’ve done it without the surgery, you just have to stop overeating and be more mobile, something he refuses to do.
