Tarantino comes across as that guy who gets acting roles only because he either casts himself in his own movies (he does this a lot) or because other directors want to honor him for his work... As a director.

His best film appearances are the ones where he says very little. He's tolerable in Reservoir Dogs because all he does is tell the big dick madonna story. He's ok in Pulp Fiction because his character is supposed to be an annoying cunt.

Tarantino is fucking awful in every other movie I've seen him in.
