The constant purging helps. Remember, she was overeating and then bounced that straight into bulimia. I don't think she ever quit the feast and purge cycle. Where do you think the constant emotional breakdowns come from.

A slowing metabolism will catch up with her as she ages though, I think. Purging will only help so much. She will eventually become Mama June from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, probably when she hits middle age.
