Everything you've cited as an example of Chris' unpredictability was perfectly predictable.

Chris' entire criminal history involves him trying go back to places after he's been banned from them for making a nuisance of himself. He tried to run over Snyder the first time because Snyder tried to prevent him from leaving until the police arrived. Police were called A) because Chris took pictures of Snyder's daughter and B) because he'd been banned from Snyder's store years ago and kept trying to come back. He did this numerous times.

As for the macing incident, he has a history of vandalism. He's been banned and thrown out of Walmarts for vandalising store displays. He went around to every GameStop in his immediate area to vandalise the Sonic Boom displays because SONIC'S ARMS ARE NOT FREAKING BLUE and got banned from every single one of them. He was banned from the one where he maced the employee and maced him when they kept telling him to leave

He's done this since he was kid. Even when he was a kid, he'd go to Toys R' Us or wherever and go in the back room. The employees would say 'You're not allowed in here' and he would respond 'Yes I am'.

Yes. I'm sure you saw him attempting to run someone over twice coming. I'm sure you saw him macing a gamestop employee coming. His track record totally predicted it.

He has boundary issues, a history of violent outbursts, and lack of understanding of consequences. Be contrarian all you want but he's a timebomb and only gets worse the more time passes.
