Black players don't feel comfortable with Chess because the *white* players always gets the first move.
Though I have no doubt that all the talented black players are in the Go community, where black has the advantage.

The NHL folded to pressure today and cancelled their games. Just in general the NHL has been inundated with SJW messaging for years now. So has NASCAR. Outside of maybe MMA(?), leftists have completely succeeded in politicizing high-level sport leagues. And they did it with amazing speed and efficiency.
What's frightening about it is that the athletes and executives of these organizations aren't exclusively liberal, but any right-leaning person has been almost completely cowed into following along with the agenda. That's in spite of these people having enough money to not need to worry so much about being "cancelled". It is a blueprint for the entire country, everyone will have to publicly bend the knee.
I know a lot of you guys are more into cartoons and video games than spectator sports but it's unfortunate to see something that was able to bring people of different politics and social statuses together get wrecked.
The NBA players voted to continue the season. They must have realized it would be the end of the NBA if they said yes. I know the Lakers and Clippers voted to end it with LeBron being butthurt that the season isn't ending. He must have wanted it to end because he knew he was going to not make the Finals since they needed to cheap shot Damien Lillard to take him out of the last series to beat the 8 seed.
Lebron would rather cheat and have the other players be cardboard cutouts in order to chase Jordan.

I was watching the Rugby the other day. When the players came out they were wearing, over their uniforms, white shirts with the words 'Rugby against Racism'. Then of course before they started the match they kneeled and when they did this the commentator said something like 'And here they are, kneeling. But of course players have been encouraged to come up with their own ways to support Black Lives Matter' and I thought 'Well, what if they don't want to support Black Lives Matter'?
