Trump's proposed "Patriot" party will sink like a stone, I think. Trump is definitely a big dick in right-leaning politics right now and I don't think that he's done influencing and causing havoc, but we've seen this third-party story before. Some people get seduced by the idea of an outsider party coming in to shake things up, but attitudes change real quick when that third party gets accused of spoiling elections.

A lot of people are mad at the GOP for cucking out at the fraud. Even Doge Tenapples who is normally very GOP loyal (and for some reason is blowing up like crazy on YouTube) is reconsidering that now. I don't think it will be enough to overtake the GOP but Trump could very well take 40% of the their vote.

A smarter strategy would be to ignore the presidency but run candidates in the Senate and Congress. That would swing both of those further right without fucking up the presidency.
