He took a publicity photo of him visiting a hospital. The plug sockets they used at this hospital were the type they use in Poland, not Ukraine.
There's no way he'd be in Ukraine. It's just not safe. Some people thought he might have been in Lviv but Russians have bombed select facilities in Lviv (mostly NATO training facilities) so I doubt they'd keep him there.
One thing's for sure. The Russians certainly know where he is
