By garbage disposal do you mean them sinking refugee boats? Italy is a strange beast, especially concerning how their fish market can thrive(and at times has) and them having good materials to have good public transportation like France, they fuck it up and just can't into manufacturing(yet we sold them OASA, go fucking figure).
