Obviously the best capeshit game ever is the one where the bug-themed super hero knows karate, fights stupid luchadore-inspired bad guys themed after insects and wild animals, is a great beat'em up and has occasional help from the real life Tony Stark :

Given who Cole's (((friend))) actually is, he should have listened. After all "around Jews, you lose". It's a shame though, Infamous games have some pretty cool gameplay but the story is so shit and constantly becomes worse. I'm not saying that Sucker Punch are secretely furries because somehow fucking Sly Racoon had better stories than Infamous, because both the original english and the "localized" japanese script of Tsushima are fine and not a brain dead chain of events like Infamous, especially when it had an extremely botched Morality system instead of some cool reputation system instead that was squarely tied to style, moves and costumes instead.

As for Prototype, 1 was great and the folks at Radical did a good job. Not the best story but the open world sandbox shit and the things you can do and jack, the carnage you can unleash is easily something that shits all over the GTAs to this day, at least those beyond Vice City, given how many mechanics and physics they started removing come San Andreas.

I wouldn't call Prototype capeshit. There's no hero against villain thing going on. It's not helped by you obviously being the bad "guy".
It's more a monster movie, where you are the monster.

I've heard others say that as well, which isn't exactly wrong, it is a remodelled Hulk game after all and it's all about destruction to an extend. Given how it parodies some of the "superheroic" aspects of Venom thoughand how it alters some of its powers to avoid a lawsuit(no, I'm serious ) others have called it the closest thing to an actual Guyver-based game :



Which is basically a "human-sized monster vs other human-sized monsters and an insanely over-the-top evil military"

The basic bitch suits in Warframe(a shame since I like 'em) were heavily repurposed Dark Sector stuff that were basically remodelled Guyver suits or remodelled Zone of the Enders suits which is why they're similar to Alex's armour. The newer frames are surprisingly not as influenced by Guyver, they started taking notes from the Zoalords(the main antagonists) from that series and moved away to more contemporary "mecha" art found in artstation and you can see the transition in artstyle. And I don't mean the Prime series either, just the basic frames that get introduced.

I forgot Dark Sector existed for a minute there. What an amazing concept for a mediocre game. A shame that license couldn't have been given to a Platinum Games or even an Inti Creates.
