Yes, there is the problem of watering down the original material if you keep going past the natural endpoint, but that's the fault of unimaginative writers rather than the idea of sequels themselves.

I think the only pleasant cinema experience I had in years was Godzilla, and that might just be because I did zero research about that reboot and went in with no hype.

Yeah, but that's where we disagree. Attack of the Clones was followed by Revenge of the Sith, a far superior film. And heck, I might like Pirates 6, because I didn't hate Pirates 1-4.

Rented TLJ. Even worse the second time around. Rey is a blood-thirsty dumbass who is inexplicably a master of martial arts and lifting heavy things. Snoke threw out some shit about Kylo's light side equivalent getting stronger as he does, but I don't know. Luke also says he can't say Kylo but he's not beyond saving: IE, Rey has to save him on Death Star IV in not-Return Of The Jedi.

Rey has nice hands. Very sexy fingers. She could probably give a pretty good tugjob.
