Did you give him a big lecture the other day that he owed you being born into a rich family?

Amount of things any person is "owed" from another person by virtue of being born:

He will have to decide whether the relationship with you is worth a bruised ego. I don't know your reasoning, I'll likely get some fertility tests once I have more money in my pocket; everyone's motives are different.

Had a teenager I work with trying to start shit. We closed my job down together, and they decided even though I hadn't spoken to them the whole day, I was being disrespectful (apparently) - and tried to lie to my boss that I dipped out early when I was off a half hour before they were.

Got me fucked up.

DHI is proof you can be both a massive homosexual and a virgin. They're not exclusive. If you display both in large enough quantities you can qualify for mod status.

I did reply that he should have worked harder and be less of a sperg at his job so he could promote. (He never promoted during my entire life.)

But my better argument was that he shouldn't have whined so much about how hard it is having kids when we were growing up. He shouldn't have complained about me being an accident and that they wanted more time alone together before having kids. He shouldn't have whinged about all the money he would have had if he'd never had kids and the wonderful things he'd be doing. He says he doesn't remember doing many of these things.

It seems like most guys get closer to their fathers once the rebellious teen years are over. But with his cognitive decline, that just isn't going to happen with me. I try my best to be patient, but in the end I have a lot of the same flaws he has.

Grandchildren are pretty much just vanity pets for old people at the end of their line. They want that cope that life isn't pointless and that having children themselves and all the shit that comes with it was worth it.

It isn't. It's easy to wish for grandchildren when they will ultimately be your shithead son's issue 98% of the time.
It's also misguided to think there's a legacy. They will have children you'll be mostly indifferent about and those will have children you won't know and neither will they know you.

Everyone will die, every bloodline erased and everything will be destroyed and forgotten eventually. The future past your own life may as well not even be real. Stop coping and worry only about your current state and your immediate future. Thats really all you can do.
