What kind of super fatso doesn't keep around a box of donuts for emergencies?

She can't keep food of any kind or amount for emergencies. She shovels it all into her face as soon as she gets it. If she buys extra then she eats extra. Literally impossible for her to have a pantry.

So she's been spending more and more stream time lying like a beached whale on the sofa.
Her assymmetrical face swelling keeps switching sides (depending on how she's lying like a beached whale on the sofa).
She said she needs new shows because her current one got her sores and blisters on her feet.
And as of recently she can't even swim in the damn pool without almost passing out from exhausting and/or heat.

Every shoe is gonna blister her feet because she weighs a shitzillion pounds. Short of woven hemp sandals like a Han dynasty peasant would wear, I can't think of anything that won't hurt on her swollen, nearly necrotic piggies.

And they were stale because it turns out donuts aren't quite fresh anymore if you order them at around midnight
