And Delicious in Dungeon continues to be gud. There's a lulzy running gag about them running into the same group of n00bs that keeps getting TPK'd, and even encounters with non-edible monsters are pretty funny.
Like despite not having a Bard in the group, the animu nevertheless has one of the best instances of Countersong ever put into moving pictures:

(Turns out "Countersong" just involves bullying the opponent until they give up.)

The mangaka even came up with a way to "explain" resurrection magic without having it derail the entire setting if you think to hard about it (like how can you even assassinate kings if they're the ones most likely to have a Cleric on standby?). You can really only resurrect people in the dungeon, because if you die there your soul can't actually leave your body.

Yeah, you can definitely tell this was done by former Ghibli employees. I probably don't even have to mention that it is leagues better than the superficially similar abortion that is Earwig and the Witch.
There is however a somewhat distinct lack of polish. The whole Not-Hogwarts segment might be nice on the eyes, but is effectively pointless. You could've just made the two antagonists (magical) mad scientists instead of teachers, and it wouldn't have made a difference.
The protagonist also doesn't really have much of an arc, aside from coming to terms with being a soulless ginger.
