I'll answer it anyways. He's just Superboy turned Superman because Clark Kent is currently on a mission in space or something.
Though I have no idea if he's just the latest incarnation of Superboy or just a long-established character getting fucked for virtue-signal points. I don't even know what his usual real name is.

Latest incarnation. The original Superboy was just Clark Kent as a kid. Then they came up with the clone of Superman during The Death of Superman arc. This new Superboy is like the third or fourth version, that nobody cares about
