The same lawsuit is also affecting Doctor Strange, but apparently no one gives a shit about that guy.

They're more likely to be successful on the Doctor Strange front because Stan Lee actually admitted that Doctor Strange was Ditko's idea i.e. Ditko came to him with Doctor Strange rather than Lee contracting Ditko out to do artwork for him like with Spider-Man

but the most likely outcome is that Marvel will just have to write a paycheck to the Ditko Estate every time they use the character.

If Ditkos win their lawsuit you will see everything Spider-Man disappear, if Jew Perlmutter's track record is anything to go by. This is the guy who put a complete moratorium on anything Fantastic Four or X-Men coming out of Marvel because Fox, not Disney, owned the movie rights. He'd rather go to his grave than pay Ditkos a goddamn penny for use of Spider-Man or Doctor Strange.

I'm pretty sure Into the Spider-Verse (of choppy Animation) was considered one of the best Spider-Man and CGI movies of all time.
At least for the few months it took consoomers to move on to the next big thing.

(He's also one of the less hated new generation of capeshitters in the comic books, but the writers keep having him play second fiddle to the SJW capeshitters nobody likes.)

'Less hated' isn't exactly 'liked'.
Bottom line, if by some miracle Ditkos actually do get the rights back, I don't really see a big push to use their black Spider-Man working out well. 'Everything in Amazing Fantasy #15' would also probably include the costume, so they'd probably have to completely redesign him to be dissimilar from Ditko's Spider-Man also.

They made a deal with Sony to share because Sony were amenable to a deal. There's no guarantee that Ditkos will be.
