Never had turkey made that way. Duck is fantastic, though.

Duck is in a middle ground for me. I prefer it less gamey like guinea fowl or more gamey like pheasant.

Not too big of pheasant guy myself. Never had guinea fowl and haven't even heard of it.
I don't mind wild game at all but pheasant just doesn't do it for me.

Edit: Turns out it's Perlhuhn. Yeah, not a fan of that either.

The funny part about eating turkey on thanksgiving is lots of burgers don't really enjoy turkey. They eat it because they feel obligated to.
Traditions are a wonderful thing, ain't they?
And I'm not surprised that the People of Fast Food (PoFF) don't like cooking a chicken for at least half a day.

Brazil nuts. Is there a tastier nut? I don't think there is.

I'm a big fan of macadamia nuts. Perfect for a quick refuel when you don't have time for a meal. A hand full of them and a bottle of water will give you the energy to keep going.

Oh yeah. Great taste, and just the right consistency for such a chunky nut.

As with every December 24th, we had duck. So simple and yet so delicious.
The next two days we'll have haunch of venison, roe deer specifically.
There has to be a less autistic way to say "Rehkeule" in English, no?
