While I haven't been to prison, Ive been to boarding school. Lots of bad talk as if it was prison before I got there.

Even chomos survive for longer than you'd like to. They get special treatment as high risk prisoners and most assaults are going to be new guys getting in their obligatory shot. Both get sent to the hole. So a chomo gets to stay in the hole, gets out, eventually punched and it's back to the hole. Thus they do their often ridiculously low time in isolation.
There was this one guy that raped hundreds of boys in third world shitholes in Asia. They put him into a cell with some crazy dude that ended up torturing and raping him to death. But that shit is few and far between.
I guess if you're a twinky car thief in gen pop you stand a higher chance of getting turned out than max security or high risk inmates.

The way I see it you either run a strict prison like Japan or you have a monkey cage and throw the chomos into gen pop to get rid of them within a month.
