That's how it's supposed to be because that nerve is supposed to be plain gone. There is no tooth nerve phantom pain. There's only a bit of nerve left if the job was improper. Which isn't all that rare either.

Insurance here only covers manual removal. Any orthodontist will advise you to go for the mechanical treatment, which costs about 200€ now and pays for fancy, flexible drill bits, better filling and several spot X-rays.
I went for that last time and had no issues at all after that.
I've spent more money on dumber stuff.

That's what, $400? Fucking hell. My capitalist shithole charges $2000 for the same thing.

One thing I will never agree with conservatives (in my country) about is their stance on health care. It's absolutely brutal what we have to pay out-of-pocket for basic shit.

I want to be clear we're talking about the same thing. You're saying your cash price, non-covered, is $400? My cash price, non-covered, was $2000. Fucking unreal.

Clearing out a storage unit I haven't been in in two years. Rodents have ruined my bed and furniture. Books are good, though. Most are trash, sadly.

Just enjoying some afternoon brandy.

I'm currently trying to find a place to store half a dozen boxes of my books and manga collection until I get a proper bookshelf for them all. Right now all I managed to do was move boxes across the room they're currently in.

Decide if the items you're storing are worth it. If not, get rid of them

Yeah, if you have full sets, you could post them up on ebay and get a pretty penny for 'em. My plan eventually is to sell all my physical mango. I'm going to keep my books forever though, because that shit goes out of print all the time and there aren't good archives for many books like there are for manga. Same reason I'm keeping my DVDs. Special edition dvds like Criterion have all kinds of interviews and commentary tracks which are never reproduced anywhere else on the internet.

Having said all that, and despite my bookfagging, if the books you own are Public Domain or so old copyright no longer applies, you're probably better off downloading them all to a hard drive. You don't strictly need a physical copy of The Iliad when that shit has been reprinted thousands of times and will be reprinted thousands more.

But how many of those future reprints will be "updated" for "modern sensibilities"?

I've mostly cleaned out the boxes from my storage unit, and now I'm having to fill my living room with boxes until I sort them out. Need to get smaller, easier to handle boxes before I put the heavy stuff in the attic that I keeping.

I overloaded almost every one of these to be about 60lbs and I regret it.
