Winter sucks.

I'm paying a service to show up to my house a couple days a week, "as needed", to plow my driveway and shovel my sidewalks, and snow blow a path from my front porch to my backyard, where I keep my garbage cans.

Only problem is, "as needed" apparently means, at least to these guys, that they don't bother giving me any advance warning they're coming. I wake up and find my car covered by a snowdrift from them plowing, but not texting me a warning the day before, so I know to move my car out of the way.

Oh, and "as needed" also doesn't always cover my garbage day, even if there's 5 feet of snow, because they're waiting until it gets "really bad" on Thursday. My garbage day is Wednesday. I want them to plow before Wednesday, because I put my garbage out on Tuesday to get it over with, so I don't have to get up early Wednesday. And we just had a pretty bad snowstorm on Monday night/overnight/early morning Tuesday. But instead of coming and clearing my path Tuesday, during the day, they decide to come on Thursday or Friday, because its supposed to get another bad storm on Thursday late-afternoon, going into Friday.

Fuck snow.

For the money I pay them every month, they can plow whoever they want as long as they get my shit done on time.

I went through three companies for that exact shit for our parking lot before I had a reliable one. I know how that feels.

I tried the Antwiler Snow Removal Service in Aurora, IL and let me tell you, they fucking sucked!
