And there we go. The first proper snow. Took a damn long while, too. We normally have heavy snow during January. Had some pissy snowrain two days ago that instantly disappeared on ground contact but this is some fat flake snow here to stay.

Lucky. If not counting between 2017 and 2018 , the last time it ever snowed where I lived was freaking 2008. It went to the point where they had to bring a snow machine just so kids can play in the snow for a few minutes.

Ah, not that far away from Florida then. Well, here there's no year without snow. We have years occasionally where it melts instantly and you've got nothing but snow mud but usually we have anything from a week to three months of heavy snow.

Had that shit a few days ago. Went to my parent's place in rain, had dinner and then it was fucking snow. Our cat wasn't amused.
