DO PULL UPS YOU FUCKING NIGGER
You can forget abs because pull-ups works on the abs too.
Also, working out everyday MIGHT be an overkill. Your exercise routine should be sustainable even when you are 70, ignoring resting/recovering can burn you out or even hurt you.
Plus, eating enough protein (1g per 1kg of the optimal body weight at least) is essential part of the training. Read something like.........
PEE or something if you have no idea where to look at (his protein intake recommendation is WAY too high imo but the explanation of basic nutrition_science/physiology is very good).
I eat protein with every meal. Either eggs, sardines, nuts or bird of some kind. I don't know if I'm at 100g a day or whatever but it's probably not too far off. I don't do protein powders though or creatine.
How do you start doing pull-ups when you can't do them? Is there a beginner exercise to work up to them? Arm hangs or something? I also have other medical reasons why I don't do certain exercises but I'm willing to modify exercises to include them.
My current updated routine is this:
60 bicep curls
30 arnold presses
30 incline pushups
20 minutes cardio between either bike or treadmill (that's as much cardio as I am willing to do in one day

)
I also added stretching before, after and between sets because I noticed it makes lifting way easier.
The cardio and stretching is typically my cool-down period.
