There's a line for me. What animal deaths happen naturally, and what seems excessive and artificial?

Ex. Your cat murders a mouse=natural, and honestly healthy for the cat.

Using one of those glue traps to let it slowly starve to death=seems excessive.

There's a lot of elements to hunting that make the process more natural and sound. We have a lot of good regulations in Burgerland to help ensure hunting like deer and shit doesn't depopulate animals that are already endangered.

If there's anything that still can make my blood boil, it's cruelty against animals. Sure, we do kill animals for food and resources, and maybe that's a bit hypocritical, but that killing doesn't need to be cruel.

It's pretty simple to me. The mere act of killing an animal in itself is not automatically cruel. How it is done, for what purpose and especially everything that happens before that is what is important.

One should not be surprised that a culture that has no respect for any human life treats animals in the most disgusting manner.

I feel the same about the Japanese hunting Dolphins.

They rape us, we eat them. It is the circle of life.

Bought some tools and went to my favourite Rostbratwurst place afterwards.
The lass had a slightly smaller one ready and asked me if I'd take the smaller one as a complimentary as well. The regular Rostbratwurst is already larger than in most places.
