The world's not going to collapse in the way you describe. Firstly, assuming that whites race mix themselves into extinction, all those genetic traits that white people have that you consider desirable will still live on. They might go dormant for a few generations but they'll never die. This is exactly why gingers will never go extinct. Secondly, I doubt that you could ever really eliminate all our knowledge of medicine or agriculture given the digital storage of information, unless you had a major apocalyptic event like a worldwide EMP that destroyed all data storage. Thirdly, even if you could eliminate all our knowledge of medicine and agriculture, all this would really do is serve to cull the global population until it became more manageable.

Short of launching the nukes we're more likely to be done in by another comet or major climate shift/extinction event than by anything humans could do to themselves.
