The west can cut their emissions like crazy but it won't do shit to counter the growth of emissions from the developing world. The climate meetings are just a wank, and if Solar and Wind are so perfect and are ready to replace everything at a cheaper price why are the developing nations still using coal? You'd think they'd be all over that rather than build infrastructure for a "dying technology".
