Nobody should care about Rudolph anyway. He was made to make Christmas even more marketable than it already was and the story is literally just about a bunch of two-faced losers who hate him for no reason until he does something for them and then they, "accept," him because he's famous.
Even Santa doesn't acknowledge him until he's needed.
Honestly. What a terrible story.

Oh dear, a movie made in the 60's being mean spirited and racist but have a small bit of charm is not SJW? Who knew?
The movie is supposed to tie the good with the bad into a feel good story, and yes people were racist in the 60's, and they are still racist today.
People back then were red forman.

In Norway we just have a fat guy with a beard that used to come down the chimney. Although, after all the sexual allegations and breaking an entering charges, he now has to ring the door.
Btw... I accepted being Santa this year for my friend who has a small kid. Knowing me, I'll somehow fuck it up and scare the living shit out of the kid or she'll recognise me or something.

German folklore has Knecht Ruprecht instead, who is basically a Mirror Universe version of Santa that also beats up bad kids.
