In other news: Germany still won't give Ukraine cruise missiles, but promising to now write their capital Kiev as "Kyjiw" more than makes up for this, if you ask me. It's the little things that makes Krautland such a great military ally.

Good news for once: Former RAF terrorist Daniela Klette has been caught.
Among other things she is suspected of participating in a terrorist attack against the US embassy in 1991. Post-RAF she was mostly content with raiding supermarkets. Her biggest coup involved stealing over half a million Euros from a money transport in 2016.
It's kinda funny how she turned from a brave commie fighting against the system to a low-tier cartoon gangster.

You can't buy it anywhere, nor are you allowed to sell it. You may have two plants and own 50 grams at home and carry 20 grams around.
You are not allowed to smoke weed within 200m of any schools, kindergartens, public or state buildings, shopping districts or parks.
You are allowed to "trade" weed with members of a club. So effectively, nothing has changed so far.
