Ah, but that's the idea of digital voting: very little accountability, trust the code goyim, we swear pinky-pinky that we counted the votes correctly.

You need citizenship and a place of residence.
You'll also have an ID. There is no way of not having one. At 18 at the latest you get one but most will have a paper ID specifically for minors before that because you can't have a bank account, make any driver's licence or buy beer, which is legal at 16.
You lose the ID or it expires? You'll have to get a new one. You even get a letter when it expires and can be fined if you don't get a new one.
I don't know what the USA finds so difficult about IDs and why they seemingly use their social security number for everything.
But seeing that they do they could just use that one for voting instead.
There is absolutely no chance of electronic voting coming. They would fuck it up and it's not necessary. Voting districts here are so small (a small city easily having 20-30), that they only have to count maybe 5000 ballots each, if that.
It'd be more effort and expensive to get those machines to the schools and community centres instead of just a square plastic bucket and have some volunteers count for an hour.

Not if the Greens have anything to say about this "injustice"
This is really more of an emotional reflex at this point, coupled with paranoia. 'Murrica made to without an ID so far, so why have one now, if not for some kind of ulterior motive?I don't know what the USA finds so difficult about IDs and why they seemingly use their social security number for everything.

The Left will claim IDs are discriminating and make it harder for minorities (aka illegal immigrants) to vote, whereas the Right will whine about IDs being the ultimate tool of a police state (casually ignoring that both the state and the MegaCorps already know everything they want to know about you).
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

That doesn't make it right. You're supposed to have a fourth amendment right to privacy for a reasonVoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Tue Oct 05, 2021 4:30 pmcasually ignoring that both the state and the MegaCorps already know everything they want to know about you.

It's almost as if the framers of the constitution couldn't have forseen the kind of technology we live with everyday in the 21st centuryVoiceOfReasonPast wrote: ↑Tue Oct 05, 2021 4:42 pmAnd yet Google still knows which loli doujins you like the most.

Because every Republic descends into tyranny. Every system of government, no matter how good it is to start with, eventually becomes brokenGuest wrote: ↑Tue Oct 05, 2021 5:38 pmBut they did forsee that the republic would eventually descend into tyranny.

In any case, and ID card and a social security number are pretty much exchangeable for the purpose of identification.
Thus, the argument that getting an ID would somehow be limiting for some people, which is dishonest and ridiculous, could easily be countered by just using SS# instead.
