Unlike those nonsensical theories about how it was Russia who blew the Nordstream pipes (when they can just turn off the tap on their end using whatever justification they need), this one actually makes sense as it is more aligned with a state of undeclared war.

If the rail hack was the Russians, the establishment would waste no time in pointing the finger at them. They're perfectly happy to blame Russia for things it did not do (Stealing the 2016 election, blowing up their own pipeline, Labour in the UK blamed Russia for Brexit and the Tory victory in 2015 because Russians can hack paper apparently), so something they did do should be a no-brainer.
