Merkel would be doing exactly the same thing if she weren't on her way out and clearly suffering from Parkinson's

Pretty sure that has already happened.According to a Chancellery paper obtained by Bloomberg, Merkel is recommending that people not fully vaccinated be prevented from going into restaurants, movie theaters and non-essential shops.

No, they are talking about tested or not.
Anyway, with Omikron - despite admitting that nobody knows if it's even deadly at all - Phase 3 is set in motion.
Our Supreme Court has decided that the unconstitutional lockdown was totally fine, because it was "comparatively justified".
Know what that means? They will just mandate whatever the fuck they want now and worry about the constitution never. Even if the court should later find their balls and decide it might be nice to read the damn thing, it'll be months of ultra authoritarian regime before it's getting rolled back.
I told you that they are looking to circumvent bureaucracy and this is it. Expect the worst!

Doesn't injecting people with highly dubious experimental pharmaceuticals against their will constitute a violation of the Nuremberg Code or something?
