Eastern Germany still doesn't really qualify as First World.

I think he means due to what political agenda. Here the answer ist obvious: the Green pedo party Though I reckon it's (for now) only virtue signalling, as this "Commisioner on all things Queer" doesn't really have a place in the ministry other than being a secretary of state in the ministry of family affairs , or as we Krauts lovingly call it, BMFSJ

Yep, that's what i meant. The green party seems to be worse than all the other far left parties when it comes to stereotypical wokeness in Germany.
