Which in practice suggests that they will at least consider overturning those decisions. Of course the Left will extrapolate and exaggerate a lot, that's to be expected in politics to be honest; Republicans used to do it all the time back then, like when they used 9/11 to justify abolishing the 4th and 5th Amendments with the Patriot Act and all the bullshit that came from that.
