tldr someone tried to sue the student loan forgiveness without it even coming out yet so they quickly took away the plaintiff's standing by saying you can just opt out, and probably the only option they had.

Yes but the question is how? You've seen Biden. He's clearly in late stage dementia. He's incontinent. He's got no sense of direction, he gets lost easily. He falls. Some people who've seen him say he has clear trouble walking. He has clear problems with his speech. Problems recognising faces. I wouldn't be surprised if he has trouble eating or sleeping.
Most people in his condition are usually living in a care home. Most dementia medication really only disguises the symptoms of dementia, so the question is what the fuck they're giving him that he's managed to hold out this long. Were the conspiracy nuts correct? Is there really a Biden body double they roll out every now and then? The question is: what the fuck is going on here?

Probably massive (eventually lethal) doses of (not commercially available) drugs. You can look up what kinds of drug cocktails were used in WW2 and Vietnam to keep soldiers awake, running and technically functional without sleep for extended periods of time. That's ancient technology by now. The president of the united states is going to receive the most cutting-edge, powerful and effective coherency medications available anywhere in the world.
I agree that he'll decline rapidly as soon as he leaves office. He will be weaned off his drugs before he rejoins the common citizenry and will experience massive side effects leading to a death which will be ruled natural causes.
