Marianne Williamson will most likely run in the 2024 Primary against Biden. The question is “is this enough to count as getting ‘primaried?’” - As Williamson is not a Clinton or a Sanders or an Ocasio-Cortez or even a Warren.

Keep in mind - people technically ran against Trump in 2020, too - none made a dent.

People ran against Obama in 2012 as well, but if an opponent can't even carry a single state then it isn't much of a primary challenge.
I'm one of the people that thinks Biden is going to be the dem's 2024 candidate barring death or a major medical event. I don't think anyone relevant is going to run against him in the primary and I'll go further to say that I think he's going to be re-elected in 2024.
