I'm not even sure what point either are trying to make.
Both Liberia and North Korea are absolute shitholes. Both Koreas have very special political situations where SK was being heavily helped by the USA to get going for military reasons and NK is being propped up by China for the same reasons.

Race is obviously not the most important factor.
History shows that Communism always leads to poverty and shit living situations for the majority of the population.

Nigeria on the other hand is the wealthiest nation in Africa. Sure, that's not exactly tough competition but it's much better than all the other black African nations and even beats the non-black nations, despite them having much more tourism.

One should not discount that there is no black nation that does actually good. Even Nigeria is ranked at 87th place out of 117 by Statistica for quality of life, as the wealth is heavily concentrated to few people.

In conclusion: Communism has the power to make non-black nations become just as poor as black ones. Islam is a nice substitute, though.
