Ever heard of the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch?

• it was an all-troon ranch, so you can expect that it was full of slackers and people that had no idea WTF they were doing
• they herded alpacas instead of sheep because they were more meme-y
• they managed to turn a nice little patch of prairie into a fucking desert because they've never heard of rotational grazing
• they also didn't have any troughs or anything; just dumped the food right on the ground where a good chunk would rot or get dirty
• they didn't sterilize anything, probably so the uncontrolled births - along with them buying new animals all the time - would make up for all the dead animals they put into mass graves
• they had a habit of separating newborn alpacas from the rest (probably for cute social media photos), even when the herd was trying to protect them

Eventually they had to give up the ranch due to money issues an in-fighting. The last remnants of the project are now abusing their alpacas in one of their mom's garden.
