Just yesterday I had to switch off the radio because they were playing fucking modern punk again and I started thinking if there's a genre I hate more.
Soul was what I concluded. I totally forgot about ska, which I might hate even more. Plus the kind of people that like ska. I'm glad that genre died very quickly!

I'm not versed in either genre so I ask out of ignorance. Soul specifically doesn't seem like something worth hating (but then I think we have different musical sensibilities).

Me, the ska I dislike is the 90s mainstream stuff and pop-punk. I like some 70s and 80s ska, like The Specials.
