So not only will the homeless continue to flock to Cali, but niggers looking for the ultimate "gibs me dat fo phree" will cripple their system further, AND multiple groups seeking gibs will be all vying for their gibs still? Hellooooo powder keg! Could it actually HAPPEN this time?!

Problem is with shit like this more people end up fleeing to other states and taking there shitty politics with them. We saw this happen in arizona already.

That's exactly what they're trying to do. The Fed Reserve has been bailing out the federal government, Cali want to drive a state debt crisis so the Reserve has to bail them out too. Then they can run a massive deficit every year and the Federal Reserve will pay for it.
