Section 4 of the 25th Amendment is a pain in the ass. You have to get the VP, a majority of the cabinet and 2/3 of both chambers of congress to agree to it.
Section 3 of the 25th Amendment (a presidential resignation) seems more likely. They just need a prominent doctor to tell old Joe that he's gone crazy, have the story "leak" to the press, and then push for Biden to "bravely" resign.

I think the dems also know that there are basically no Biden "fans" out there. They are banking on winning solely due to anti-Trump sentiment. That strategy didn't work out for them in 2004 though.

That's what you get when you ask for bailouts or safety nets. The government finds some way to give all the money to megacorps and only a pittance (by comparison) to the common worker or small-business. I was flipping channels and saw a local financial expert on a news program saying that we should expect a wave of bankruptcies soon.
