Clarance Thomas saying they should ban contraception and fag marriage too

Well, he said that the court decisions asserting a constitutional right to use contraception and a constitutional right to gay marriage were wrong and should be overturned. That just turns the question back to the actual legislature on what to do in regards to it, much like how overturning Roe v. Wade allows states to restrict or ban abortions, but doesn't require them to do so.

Overturning those decisions wouldn't actually do much. There's basically no political desire to ban contraception outside of the ones that cause abortions, and at most a handful of states would go back to not recognizing gay marriage.
